HI83306-11 is a set of high-quality calibration standards that allow users to validate absorbance measurements for the HI83306 Environmental Analysis Photometer. The HI83306-11 includes six sealed cuvettes, including one for zeroing the meter. The calibration set is produced using reagent grade chemicals in a temperature-controlled environment.

Validation of the HI83306 Environmental Analysis Photometer is quick and easy with CAL CheckTM Standards. The CAL Check screen guides the user through the measurement of each standard and applies the factory calibration corrections to each measurement. The HI83306 stores the results of the most recent CAL Check measurements which may be viewed on the CAL Check menu. Compare these results with the values printed on the Certificate provided with each HANNA® CAL Check Standards kit.To perform a validation:

    1. Press Setup button.
    2. Highlight CAL CheckTM, then press Select.
    3. Follow the prompts on the screen. The meter will prompt to measure each cuvette provided in the HANNA® CAL CheckTM Standards kit.

The photometer is now ready to perform measurements.
