The HI9142 is a rugged, portable, waterproof dissolved oxygen (DO) meter, with replaceable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane caps and protective shield, designed to provide reliable measurements under harsh environmental conditions. The HI9142 is supplied complete with polarographic probe, PTFE membrane caps, electrolyte fill solution, protective shield, and rugged carrying case.

Replaceable, pretensioned, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes with a screw cap design for simple filling of electrolyte and easy replacement.

Polarographic measuring system based on the Ross and Clark polarographic measurement method

The probe uses a platinum cathode and silver anode in an electrolyte solution using external voltage to establish a current proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen

Manual one or two point calibration at 100% and automatic calibration in zero oxygen solution

A high-accuracy, built-in linearized thermistor temperature sensor behind a stainless steel cover
