SKU:HI735-25

The HI735-25 are high-quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate measurements with their Total Hardness Low Range Checker – Checker HC. These reagents follow the DPD Method in which the reaction between chlorine and reagent causes a red-violet tint in the sample. By simply adding the packet of HI735-25 reagent to the sample, the reaction will take place and the HI735 will determine the concentration from the color that is produced. The results will be displayed in ppm (mg/L). These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0 to 350 ppm (mg/L) as CaCO3.

Flat Tip pH Electrode for Pulp and Paper with Quick Connect DIN Connector - HI14143

638.00 AED
The HI14143 is a glass body, single reference junction pH electrode made with low temperature glass and a quick connect DIN connector. This pre-amplified electrode features a built-in temperature sensor for temperature compensated measurements in a single probe design. This electrode has a unique open junction design in which there is a viscolene (hard gel) electrolyte layer that is free of silver chloride (AgCl) between the sample to be measured and the internal reference cell. The open junction design resists clogging and the probe’s flat tip makes it ideal for pH measurements on surfaces such as skin, leather, and paper. The HI14143 is recommended for use with Hanna’s HI99171 pH meter.

Marine Alkalinity Checker® HC - HI755

205.00 AED
The Hanna Marine Alkalinity Checker® bridges the gap between simple chemical test kits and professional instrumentation. Chemical test kits have limited accuracy and resolution since they rely upon the human eye to discern differences in color. Professional instrumentation incorporates a light source such as an LED or tungsten lamp with a filter and a light sensing detector to precisely determine absorbance and ion concentration. Professional instrumentation offers greater resolution and accuracy but can cost hundreds of dollars. The Hanna Marine Alkalinity Checker® measures alkalinity in parts per million (ppm) of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) , using a fixed wavelength LED and silicon photo detector to provide the accuracy of professional instrumentation at the affordable price of a chemical test kit.
