The Infrared Thermometer for the Food Industry – HI99551 is a durable meter that can be used throughout the food industry. The HI99551 offers features such as a quick, one-second response time, HOLD function, and Hanna’s Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) that will shut the meter off when the battery power is too low for an accurate measurement.

The non-intrusive nature of the HI99551 is particularly attractive in the food industry since it translates itself into substantial savings by leaving products intact, especially those sealed or pre-wrapped. This type of non-intrusive measurement is also useful when the surface temperature is high, for difficult-to-reach places, or hygiene requirements must be followed.

Features at-a-glance

℃ Readout – Measurements are displayed in degrees Celsius on the clear, easy to read LCD display.

Optic Coefficient – The optic coefficient is the distance between the sensor and the measured object is an important factor in infrared measurement. With a 3:1 relationship between the distance and object area, the HI99551 can measure an area with a diameter that is one-third of the distance between the sensor and the object.

Fixed Emissivity – Emissivity is the ratio of infrared radiation emitted by an object to that emitted by a perfect black body at the same temperature. The HI99551 was designed to measure the temperature of objects with an emissivity of 0.95, which is characteristic of most objects and surfaces being measured.

HOLD Function – The HOLD function freezes the display to allow the user time to record readings when taken in hard to reach places.

Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) – The Battery Error Prevention System will shut the meter off when the battery power is too low for an accurate measurement.

Low Battery Indicator – When the battery level is below 10%, a warning symbol will blink to indicate low battery condition.

GroLine Hydroponic Waterproof Pocket pH/EC/TDS/Temperature Tester - HI98131

663 AED
The HI98131 is a slim, lightweight, and waterproof pocket sized meter that measures pH, conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS) and temperature. The meter operation is simplified with two buttons. One is used for on/off and for calibration while the other is used to switch between the measurement modes. The HI98131 has advanced features including a selectable EC to TDS conversion factor (0.5 - 500 ppm and 0.7 - 700 ppm).
  • 3 parameters, pH, EC/TDS and temperature, in one meter
  • Quick Cal Mode to calibrate pH and EC/TDS with one solution
  • TDS Conversion Factor selectable between 0.5 (500 ppm) and 0.7 (700 ppm)

pH/ORP/Temperature Combo Tester - HI98121

828 AED
The HI98121 is a waterproof pH, ORP and temperature meter. The housing of this tester has been completely sealed against humidity and is designed to float. Electrode replacement with the stainless steel round connector means there are no pins to bend or break during replacement. When the cloth junction becomes clogged and response time is sluggish, simply pull out 3 mm (1/8”) to clear the clogging which will improve response time and stability. The exposed stainless steel temperature sensor on these models facilitates faster and more accurate temperature measurement.
  • Waterproof
  • Replaceable pH Electrode
  • Automatic Two-Point pH Calibration

HI7004C pH 4.01 Calibration Solution (500 mL)

55 AED
HI7004C is a premium quality pH 4.01 calibration solution that has been dyed red for easy buffer identification. Hanna calibration buffers have the lot number and expiration date clearly marked on the label and are air tight with a tamper-proof seal to ensure the quality of the solution. Hanna’s line of calibration buffers have been specially formulated to have an expiration of 5 years from the date of manufacture for an unopened bottle.
  • Accuracy of ±0.002 pH @ 25℃
  • Temperature chart of the actual pH value at various temperatures printed on each bottle
  • Air-tight seal

HI70630L Grease and Fats Acid Cleaning Solution (500 mL)

117 AED
The HI70630L is an effective acidic cleaning solution that is specially formulated for use in applications where a pH electrode can be coated with grease and fats. Electrodes can become dirty from use and will produce inaccurate results even as they read correctly in a pH buffer. Hanna’s cleaning solutions eliminate impurities and residues that are left on electrode surfaces when immersed in samples during measurement and stored incorrectly. Hanna suggests cleaning the bulb and junction of your electrode on a regular basis to ensure that the probe is always clean and prevent any clogging of the junction.Hanna’s line of cleaning solutions have been specially formulated to have an expiration of 5 years from the date of manufacture.
  • Specially formulated cleaning solution to remove meat grease and fats from a pH electrode
  • Air tight bottle with tamper-proof seal to ensure quality
  • Expiration date and lot number clearly marked on the bottle
